Nissan R33 Skyline GT-R Facts
The official chassis code for the fourth generation GT-R is E-BCNR33 but is better known as the R33. Nissan produced this version of the GT-R from 1995 to 1998. There are minor updates from the R32 GT-R ro the R33. Both cars have the same turbochargers and manual gearbox but with wide collar to fix the weak oil pump drive collar and stronger syncos. The base R33 engine made 206 kW (276 hp) and 266 lb·ft (361 N·m) of torque. The base model weighs 1,540 kg (3,400 lb). The V-spec version weighs 10 lbs. more than the base model, this verison had sportier suspension and featured the newer ATTESA E-TS Pro all wheel drive system, which included an Active Limited Slip differential.
